Building or renovating your dream home can often be a life changing experience so Walkers can provide all the help needed to make the whole process far less daunting.

Any new build or renovation project  requires careful planning and consideration. Walkers will work with your from the moment you find a plot to the day we hand over the keys! We are able to give advice on obtaining planning and work with your architect to obtain the house of your dreams!

Once this has been done we will then project manage the whole process  from the foundations right through to the kitchens and bathrooms - making this as easier process as possible for our client.

We employ our own teams of craftsmen covering every aspect needed in building a new house, builders, joiners, plumbers, electricians, window fitters, kitchen fitters, bathroom installers, tilers etc. Not many companies can quote this!!! This means that the whole of the build will be overseen by one of Walkers Directors who will take responsibilty for the entire process - making your life easier so that you don't have to deal with any trades personally!!!
